From North: Travel I-15 to Exit 93, turning east toward Blackfoot. Follow signs to the Eastern Idaho State Fair Grounds, but get in the left lane for approximately 1/3 mile as the road will curve to the left. Go right onto Judicial Street. Travel approximately .9 miles, turn left onto West Main (Highway 91)
and stay in the left lane. Go approximately ½ mile and you will see fairgrounds on the left. Make 1st left after fairgrounds onto Highland, then make an immediate left onto Jones Street following Jones Street for 1/3 mile, entrance is on left.

Alternate Route from South: Travel I-15 to Exit 89. Turn north to Highway 91 toward Blackfoot. After 2 miles, you will enter Blackfoot. The road will widen to 2 lanes, stay in the left lane. After approximately 1 mile, the road will curve right then back left. You will go straight through 2 traffic lights. After
approximately ½ mile, the fairgrounds will be on the left. Make the 1st left past the fairgrounds onto Highland. Make an immediate left onto Jones Street and follow for approximately 1/3 mile, and the entrance will be on the left. Travel I-15 to Exit 93, turning east toward Blackfoot. No Boredom at Eastern Idaho Fairgrounds Spring Classic Dog Shows

If you go

Be prepared for any type of weather. Because of the high elevation, it has snowed for the Spring Classic Dog Shows before.
Plan to spend some time on some of their other events there in addition to agility. The blog post lists most of them.
People rave about the food sold by the food vendor. Even if you RV it and bring your own, it’s a must try.
Jenson Grove Park at 733-793 E Airport Road in Blackfoot is a 10-minute drive away and offers a lake with swimming and fishing. A nice break from the busy trial atmosphere.
There are two different judges – one for the first two days, another for the next two days. This way you can earn a title at the event.

Arrival

While most events enter through the main fairgrounds entrance thaT your GPS takes you to, the agility area here enters through the back.
There are no actual signs for agility, but if you follow the RV parking signs they will point you toward the entrance you need off Jones Street.
This “entrance” takes you past some residences and into the back gate where the first sign you see for agility is on the fairgrounds.
This entry takes you past the gravel parking lot and the road leads you past the RV parking to the agility ring.
Parking sites are assigned around the ring: in advance cost is $5 per day; day of show is $10 per day
