Exhibitors can set up in the arena starting at 5:30 pm on Thursday, or earlier if the ring is set up earlier
The arena will be open to exhibitors t 7:00 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning

Kitchen/club provided food: Workers who work 2 or more classes are fed a free lunch.
